Whether the Board chooses to utilize a portal to Calibre Property Management's specialized software or a full community website with capabilities of amenity reservations, surveys, voting, and architectural review processes, we always provide online access to association governing documents, financial reports and meeting minutes, information is conveniently accessible to the Board and the membership.
Depending on options contracted, the Board and community membership can choose to receive notifications via email, text message, or application push notification immediately or on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the communication channel. Important messages in Association News would include service updates, notices of lawn chemical applications, and payment reminders are typically sent immediately while General Notices like upcoming projects in the community or meetings are sent on a daily or weekly frequency.
